Olena is Graham & Borgese’s Client Operations Coordinator and is based out of our Rochester, New York office.
Olena has been an essential part of the team for over seven years, assisting with client onboarding, billing communications, and internal process support. She began her career at the firm as a legal secretary and has grown into a key operations role, helping to ensure that client files are properly managed and that deadlines are met efficiently.
Drawing on her deep knowledge of the firm’s systems and workflows, Olena helps provide a smooth and responsive experience for both clients and team members.
