Before joining the firm, Tierra built a strong background in legal and administrative roles, where she developed a keen attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality, and a deep commitment to client care. In her day-to-day work, Tierra focuses on truly understanding each client’s unique situation and guiding them toward realistic, long-term solutions.
Outside of the office, Tierra enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, making the most of family life whenever she can.
